Event Details:
DIRECTIONS   By car. From the M20 take the Cheriton exit at junction 12. Follow the A20 towards the Channel Tunnel. At the roundabout take the exit for Folkestone Rugby Club. Follow this road past Sene Golf Club, down the hill to another roundabout and follow the A259 to Dymchurch. After 1\4 mile look out for yellow signs for the race that will direct you to the car park. By train. The nearest train station is Sandling in Sandling Road, Saltwood. This is a good 30 minutes walk away so we recommend you check train times and availability during the Bank Holiday weekend.
Summary of race   A wonderful flat run along the Hythe sea front. The race starts off with a lap on the Green which makes the race unsuitable for wheel chair users. When weather conditions are right this is a great opportunity for a personal best. Unfortunately, the width restriction on the prom make the course unsuitable for running with your dog. Marshalls and water stations are plentiful and the route is traffic free.
On the day Entry   Entry on the day will be available until 10.30am and the entry fee's will be £14 for Affiliated runners and £16 for Un-affiliated runners.
