| How do I find an event on Active.com? |

There are several ways to find an event on our site. On every page of the site there is an “Event Search” box at the top of the screen. You must select the type of sport from the “Sport” pull down menu and then click the “Search” button. A box will appear showing your search results. You can narrow your search by selecting a month from the “Month” pull down menu and a country from the “Country” pull down menu. Another way to search is to select “Advanced Search” which is located in the “Event Search” box at the top of the screen (this “Advanced Search” option can also be found in the left side navigation panel on your screen). This will take you to a search where you enter in more extensive criteria for your search, including keywords and dates. If you are not getting a desired result, make sure you check the spelling of the event or broaden your search. |

| How do I register online with Active.com? |

Begin by clicking on the “Event Search” or “Advanced Search” button. Select the type of sport you would like to register for and click on “Search”. A search results box will appear. Choose the exact event you would like to register for by clicking on the name of the event (events listed with a registration icon offer online registration). A page will appear containing more detailed information about your event. If you would like to register for this event, click on the "Click here to register" button in the information box. This will take you to the first page of registration. You will be asked to log in with an existing Active account or create a new one. Next, fill out the registration form. Be sure to proofread. When the form is complete, click the "Continue" button. This will take you to a summary page. Note: If you need to make a correction, click "Edit" next to the information you would like to update. You must read and agree to the waiver found on this page, then click the "Continue" button. You will be taken to the shopping basket page where you can choose to pay, register someone else, register for another category, or for register for another event. When you are ready to submit your registration, click the “Click her to pay” button and select if you would like to “Pay Now” or “Pay Later”. You can also choose to delete your registration at this point and cancel. After selecting “Pay Now” fill out the billing information starting with credit card type (no personal checks are accepted). When done filling out the billing information, click the "Pay Now" button. Your payment will be processed through our online bank. If your registration and payment are successful, a confirmation screen will appear. You should print out your receipt from this page. Congratulations! You have just successfully registered. If you choose to “Pay Later” the registration will be saved to your Active user account for payment at a later date but you will not officially be registered for the event until payment is made. |

| Should I create a username and password? |

Creating a username and password on Active.com will allow you to routinely visit the website and make future registrations. Some of the information you provided during login is retained in our database. The next time you come to Active.com, login and want to register for an event, you will find that the forms already contain some of your information. This is a convenience that saves you time and effort. |

You can have your username and password e-mailed to you. First, go to our Home page and select the "Forgot Password?" prompt from the menu on the left side. Enter in your e-mail address and click "Continue".NOTE: Please use the same email address you used during login. You need this information to access your password. Go to our Home page, enter your username and password and click “Login”. Select “My Account” from the navigation panel on the left side of the screen and your account information will appear. Click on any piece of information to change it. |

| How do I edit my registration? |

You can edit/correct registrations before submitting your payment by clicking the "Edit" button next to the piece of information in the “Registration Summary” area. This will bring up a new window where you can make corrections to the registration form. When finished, click the "Continue" button to submit the changes. When your changes have been submitted you can agree to the waiver and proceed to the Payment Summary Page. |

| Can I register for more than one category, person or event per transaction? |

Active.com allows for more than one registration per transaction. Multiple registrations can take place for another category within the same event, for another person within the same event or for another event. For some events, registration may be limited to one adult per transaction for liability reasons. |

| How do I know if my registration was successful? |
| |
After submitting your payment for registration your request will be processed. This may take several moments. Once the transaction is completed, a screen will appear that notifies you that the registration was successful or that more information is needed. If successful, this confirmation screen will include a link which you can click for more information about your registration and a Registration ID (confirming your registration and transaction). You will also receive an email confirmation soon after you submit your registration. In this email has a link to a printable receipt -we recommend you keep a copy of this receipt for your records. This e-mail and others are sent to the address entered in the individuals’ registration form. Payment re-confirmations go to the person who processed the registration(s). The e-mails are automatically sent by our system and should be delivered barring any unforeseen technical problem. Note: An Active.com REGISTRATION will also appear on your credit card statement. Another way to check if you registered successfully is to log-in to your Active account and click on “My Registrations” on the left side navigation panel. There you can find all the details of your entry. |

We accept most credit cards as payment for online registration. We do not accept cash or checks. If you need to register using a form of payment that we do not accept, please contact the event. You can access their contact information by going directly to the event website or by clicking on the "Contact the event" link after searching for and selecting the event. Through this page you have the option to send them an email. |

Active.com charges a convenience fee in addition to the event registration fees determined by the event director. This convenience fee pays for the online processing of your credit card transaction. In certain cases you will notice no additional charges. This is only with events that are able to absorb a portion or all of these fees. There are no hidden fees. Any and all fees are displayed on the site before you submit your credit card information for payment. |
